Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ini88 ("ini88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, and features made available through ini88.cam and any associated sub-domains or applications.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent confirmation button, or otherwise making use of ini88 services, you unconditionally accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ini88 platform.

Interpretation & Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Any reference to "writing" includes electronic communications transmitted through ini88's official support channels.

Eligibility

Access to ini88 and participation in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform is conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a territory in which accessing online betting services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under legal guardianship or otherwise lack full contractual capacity, you are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, consultant, or close family member of ini88 or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or game suppliers, unless express written consent has been granted by ini88.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the ini88 Platform under any self-exclusion program, responsible gaming measure, or disciplinary action.
• You must ensure that your participation in online betting is legal under the laws of your country and jurisdiction of residence. ini88 accepts no liability for participation in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful.

ini88 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of all pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access ini88 services, each eligible individual must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. The following provisions apply:

Deposits & Withdrawals

ini88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment channels listed below. All transactions are subject to the limits and processing timelines set out in this clause.

Bonuses & Promotions

ini88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the wagering and validity conditions set out at the time of the offer. The following general provisions apply to all ini88 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• The Welcome Deposit Bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The Weekly Reload Bonus carries a 25× wagering requirement. The Accumulator Boost carries no wagering requirement on the boost increment itself.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Any uncompleted wagering and associated Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets 100% of the settled stake value. ini88 may publish a full contribution table on the promotions page.
• ini88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Bonus Funds already validly credited to a Player's Account prior to the change.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or any strategy determined by ini88 to exploit promotional terms in bad faith will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• ini88 shall not be liable for any technical failure that prevents a Player from receiving or using a bonus, provided that ini88 takes reasonable steps to rectify such failure upon notification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering activity on ini88 — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — is governed by the rules published within each respective game or market alongside the following general provisions:

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ini88 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on ini88, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-harvesting tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform other than through normal human browser use.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Players must report any such errors to ini88 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting strategy designed to manipulate the outcome of markets or undermine the integrity of games.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund unlawful activities, or circumvent applicable financial regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account relationship.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ini88 staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ini88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio files, video files, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ini88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ini88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ini88 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use the ini88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, promotional material, or website without express written consent from ini88.
• Scrape, index, or aggregate ini88 odds, market data, or other Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of ini88 intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft remains the property of those respective studios and is subject to their own intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ini88 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial loss resulting from wagering activity on ini88, including losses from sports bets, casino games, togel, or any other gaming product.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or events beyond ini88's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Loss of Account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials or from your breach of this Agreement.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ini88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Errors or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or Account balance calculations that arise from third-party data feeds or software failures, subject to ini88's obligation to apply reasonable efforts to correct such errors promptly.

Where ini88's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit ini88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ini88 is licensed and incorporated.

Players who access the ini88 Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. ini88 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific location beyond those in which ini88 actively operates.

Any dispute arising between ini88 and a Player that cannot be resolved through ini88's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Amendments to These Terms

ini88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ini88 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the page hero section.
• Post a notification on the ini88 Platform for a reasonable period following the change, where the change is considered material to Players' rights or obligations.
• Send an email notification to all registered Players at their verified email address, where technically practicable and where the change is deemed significant.

Your continued use of the ini88 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting ini88 support as described in Clause 12 below.

ini88 also reserves the right to assign, transfer, or novate its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any affiliate, successor entity, or third party that acquires all or substantially all of the assets of ini88, without requiring your prior consent, provided that such transfer does not materially diminish your rights under this Agreement.
